Coordinate a Visit
We want you to feel safe and secure. We understand that there is a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to buying a puppy.
We want you to see the puppies and talk directly with us before going forward.
For the the health and safety of the puppies, their parents, and ourselves, we do FaceTime or Zoom visits before 4 weeks of age.

Exams and Vaccinations
Your puppy will go to the veterinarian for checkups, deworming, and vaccinations at the appropriate times throughout the 8-week period until they come home with you.
Exams include checks for healthy eyes, ears, and hearts.

Bring Your Puppy Home
Schedule a time slot with us to come pick up your new pet.
We will work flexibly with your schedule to pick a time frame that is satisfactory for you.
F.A.Q.
How do I pay the deposit?
We have several options to make payments: PayPal, Venmo, Facebook Pay, or Apple Pay. If none of these options work for you, we will do our best to find something that does.
Do you give a military discount?
We will give a 5% discount to military personnel, first responders and veterans with proof of service, such as a Military ID card. We thank you for your service!
How do I pay the final balance?
You can pay the remaining amount upon pickup of your puppy by way of cash (in $100s) or a cashier’s check that you request from your bank. Please make the final payment out to “Donald Bates III”.
Can I get my deposit back if I change my mind?
Our $500 deposit is a means of ensuring that you really want a puppy and intend to bring it home with you at the end of the 8-week time period. The deposit is non-refundable with no exceptions.
Can I come see the puppies before I place a deposit?
Due to safety reason, we only allow “visits” through FaceTime or Zoom until the puppies are 4 weeks of age.
Are the puppies AKC?
All of our Golden Retriever puppies will come home with limited AKC registration. All of our Miniature Goldendoodles come from AKC lines.
Are the puppies health tested?
Our puppies receive a health examination from our veterinarian before they are allowed to go to their new homes. Our moms & dads are health and color tested through Embark.
I don’t have that kind of money. Would you consider dropping the price?
Our puppy prices are representative of the time and effort it takes to ensure you are getting a quality companion. This is our livelihood, and we put our heart and soul into raising healthy, well-rounded puppies.
What is Puppy Culture?
Puppy Culture is a program created by professional dog trainer and breeder Jane Killion.
The focus of the program is to introduce the puppies to all different kinds of experiences and to work on simple training from a young age.
Being raised with Puppy Culture expands the puppies knowledge of the world as they grow to be an adult.
It helps them navigate what could have been a very scary and frightening place if not for the methods used in Puppy Culture.
