Our Breeds

Miniature F1 Goldendoodles
An F1 Goldendoodle is a first generation Goldendoodle.
This is the initial cross of a purebred Golden Retriever (typically the female) to a purebred Poodle (typically the male).
An F1 Goldendoodle is a good choice for those who have a fondness for the Golden Retriever breed & personality but don’t love all of the extra hair and cleanup that comes with owning one.
F1 Goldendoodles typically have loose, wavy coats and can still shed some, but much less than a purebred Golden Retriever.
Our experience has been that F1 Goldendoodles typically shed their puppy coats and retain their adult hair with very little shedding.
At Little Lady Kennels, we raise Miniature to Medium F1 Goldendoodles with red, apricot, or tan coloring, often accented with white markings.

Miniature F1B Goldendoodles
An F1B Goldendoodle = F1 Goldendoodle + Poodle
An F1B Goldendoodle is an F1 (first generation) Goldendoodle bred back to a Poodle.
The result is a puppy that is, in theory, 75% Poodle and 25% Golden Retriever, though genetics do come into play to create slight variations in coat type, color, markings, and furnishings.
These puppies typically have wavy to curly coats and are non-shedding.
An F1B Goldendoodle is a good choice for those who suffer with allergies or who simply don’t want to clean up fur from every nook & cranny of their home.
At Little Lady Kennels, we raise Miniature to Medium F1B Goldendoodles with red, apricot, or tan coloring, often accented with white markings.

Golden Retrievers
Golden Retrievers are a purebred pet and AKC certifiable.
The breed is known to be great with children and other dogs and is among one of America’s most popular dog breeds.
Golden Retrievers can be anywhere from a light cream color to a deep red. They have a straight coat and should never be shaved when groomed.
Unlike Goldendoodles, Golden Retrievers do lose their coats once or twice a year and are not considered hypoallergenic.
Golden Retrievers are great dogs for active families who love to swim, hike or hunt.
At Little Lady Kennels, we raise AKC Golden Retrievers with a dark red coloring.
